Choir Odyssee was founded on February 24, 1968 by a group of young people within the Roman Catholic Church of St. John the Baptist in Hoofddorp. Koor Odyssee has been an official association since 1993. It was the time of the so-called Beat Masses. Melodies of well-known pop songs were rearranged by our own choir members and provided with lyrics that matched the themes of the masses to be performed.
